Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat, etc.), plus more if necessary

  • Zest from 1 lemon

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • Super Magnesium powder (as per recommended weight dosage)


  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients. Ensure the strawberries and banana are frozen for a thicker, colder smoothie.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, 1 cup of dairy-free milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Add Super Magnesium: Add the appropriate dosage of Super Magnesium powder based on your child's weight to the blender.
  4. Blend: Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more dairy-free milk, a little at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
