It is difficult to encourage healthy food choices in kids, so we decided to fill the nutritional gaps with the highest quality nutritional supplements to give you peace of mind. 

Yes, My Spectrum Heroes Nutritional Supplements are formulated to be free from gluten, casein, soy, GMO’s, added sugar, artificial colors and flavors, and preservatives. In other words, just the good stuff!

We formulated My Spectrum Heroes™ Multivitamin Mineral Plus without added flavoring since many children have sensitivities to those additives. Due to the nature of ingredients, it may have a slight “vitamin” taste, but the mild taste is easily masked by juice or diluted in water. You can even mix it in a smoothie, yogurt, or similar food as well. Keep in mind that it will turn the liquid orange due to the B vitamin Riboflavin.

Since every child has his/her own unique biochemistry, this can be a difficult question to answer. Depending on if and what deficiencies your child may have, repleting them can have so many positive results from immediately to over several weeks of consistent intake. It all really depends on each individual. Our goal was to design supplements to help fill the nutritional gaps that many children on the spectrum are experiencing.

Some of our kiddos have sensitive tummies and taking supplements with meals helps prevent upset stomach. It is not mandatory to take with food, just suggested. If your child does not experience an upset stomach then it is just fine for them to take without food.
