This Gluten-Free Pasta Salad is a delightful and nutritious option for kids with ASD and ADHD.   • 8 ounces gluten-free rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 25 ounces sliced black olives
  • 4 ounces salami, sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Multivitamin Mineral Plus supplement (per the recommended amount)


  1. Cook Pasta: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. Make Dressing: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayo, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
