  • 2 cups fresh orange juice (preferably squeezed)
  • 2 cups fresh apple juice (no added sugar)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • Optional: Sparkling water for a fizzy touch
  • Ice cubes
  • Fruit Garnish: Slices of oranges and cherries
  • Calm And Focus (per the recommended amount)
  • Optional sweetener: Natural sweetener like honey or Stevia (used sparingly)

Directions:

  • Prepare the Juices: Freshly squeeze the orange juice and ensure that the apple and cranberry juices are unsweetened and free of added preservatives.
