I love Calm and Focus and give it to my 5yr old son who has ASD and ADHD. It really does help him stay calm and focused throughout the day! He loves it in sugar free lemonade.

I wrote a review a couple months back and am writing again to update my review. Since taking this multivitamin everyday our severely autistic son has been accomplishing so much! He used to only eat 3 foods (it’s been like that for about 2 years) and over the last couple months he has tried 10+ new foods and has a totally new diet now! The only consistent change he experienced was this vitamin. We are so proud of him and grateful we found this company!
Our son is severely autistic and like many kids on the spectrum has a very limited diet. We got him the multivitamin powder and though we haven't had it long, we love the peace of mind that he is at least getting the things he needs that he isn’t getting from his diet! We would love to try more products in the future.
My 3 year old son has autism and has been in therapy for over a year now with little improvements here and there, but just after a week of taking Spectrum Heroes, we have seen an explosion of progress! He is SO much happier! Is eye contact is better, he has started saying little words and even a couple of two words combos! He's taking interest in other children and plays so well with his little brother!

My child seems to have improved after starting the product, he started eating sandwiches/burritos which he has never done before. My child seems to be a bit more open to eating different food, we still have to work on feeding, but he has improved. I will keep this item on auto subscription for sure.
I have been using this product for over a month, it takes a bit of time but now I started to see some progress on my kid. He’s more focus and imitating what people do, even the therapist is also notice that. It’s a great product you can get most of the vitamin in one. I will recommend it.

We are only on week 4 of starting the multivitamin mineral plus with our 4 1/2 year old and have seen dramatic improvement not only in his behavior but equally his speaking.
Before starting this supplement our son wasn’t even speaking in short sentences and he couldn’t or wouldn’t answer basic questions. Additionally, his behavior most days was aggressive for no reason even to our pets (our family eats pretty clean but he’s a very picky eater). We had avoided taking him out much because he would act out to others or wreck something for no reason other than being sensory overloaded.
In the last 2 weeks for consecutive days it is literally like multiple “lights” have come on and shifts have happened in his little brain.
I was not expecting to see a change this quickly. A reasonable expectation is at least 4 plus weeks. Not only have my husband and I seen it but we have had multiple friends comment that “something is different.” Last week was also the first time he stayed in his children’s class at church with me getting a call. Needless to say, we are sold and immensely grateful for this product and the Calm & Focus.

I was skeptical to try this with the reviews about the taste as my son is super picky and an always spot when I add things to his liquid or food. It mixed perfectly with a 1/4 cup warm water and then I added his flavor packet and cold water to his sippy cup. He drank it right down. Now it smells awful but I even didn't noticed a taste. We just started 2 days ago because he has slowed down on his normal eating and I also would hope it will help him with the agitation he has started at bedtime.
