Homemade Fruit Punch

This punch is a perfect beverage for holiday gatherings or any occasion where you want a refreshing, fruity drink that's both healthy and appealing to kids.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh orange juice (preferably squeezed)
- 2 cups fresh apple juice (no added sugar)
- 1 cup fresh cranberry juice (unsweetened)
- Optional: Sparkling water for a fizzy touch
- Ice cubes
- Fruit Garnish: Slices of oranges and cherries
- Calm And Focus (per the recommended amount)
- Optional sweetener: Natural sweetener like honey or Stevia (used sparingly)
Directions:
- Prepare the Juices: Freshly squeeze the orange juice and ensure that the apple and cranberry juices are unsweetened and free of added preservatives.
- Combine Punch Ingredients: In a large punch bowl, mix together the orange, apple, and cranberry juices. If desired, add some sparkling water for a fizzy effect.
