Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill sprigs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: minced garlic for an extra zing

Directions:

  • Preheat and Prep: Warm your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment for easy cleanup.
  • Season the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic if you're using it.
